The Terms and Conditions are made available before the order is submitted and a permanent link is included in the order confirmation email.

Prices, payment and delivery

Consumer prices shown in the store, cart and checkout are final and include VAT. Before submitting an order, the customer sees the product price, shipping, all fees and the final total. The final button clearly states that the order entails an obligation to pay.

Current shipping and payment methods are listed on the Shipping and Payments page and are shown again at checkout.

Withdrawal

You can submit a withdrawal online using the permanently available withdrawal form. The system sends an automatic email confirmation with the date and time. A model withdrawal form is also included in the Terms and Conditions PDF.

If there is any discrepancy between this English information page and the Slovak PDF, the Slovak PDF is the binding version.
